A Letter From Our CEO

I have spent my entire career in the recruiting and talent acquisition industry. First helping to grow a technology staffing company, before starting multiple other recruiting focused ventures, including an executive search firm and a staffing firm employing refugees and returning citizens.

Like most people, I stumbled into recruiting. It’s not exactly an industry you aspire for when you go to college. But I quickly learned that when you can find the perfect candidate for an awesome company, and at the same time find the perfect opportunity for an awesome person, there are a few things in the world more satisfying.

Turned out, my natural curiosity and love for people were the perfect fit for this industry.

While many recruiting agencies have (rightly) earned a bad reputation for the industry by focusing on filling quotas and treating people like numbers, I’ve been more interested in getting to know them. The goal? To match exceptional individuals with roles where they don’t just fit—they flourish. This philosophy has been my foundation for every company I’ve been apart of, each one a testament to the belief that quality trumps quantity every time.

What drives me isn’t reaching new revenue milestones; it’s the commitment to doing things right. Both for our clients AND the candidates. Part of my personal mission is to redeem the all-too-common negative experiences with recruiting agencies and proving that this process can be different—respectful, transparent, and fun!

I’m still intimately involved with every account and every search. What I bring to the table professionally is a blend of experience, a knack for seeing beyond resumes, and my superpower—connecting with and deeply understanding others in just a few minutes of conversation.
